St. Clair Medical PC began in 1989 when husband and wife team Dr. Sabbagh and Dr. Mitchell joined Dr. Michel Sabbagh in his private OB/GYN practice. Drs. Sabbagh and Mitchell energized the small clinic, and through patient word of mouth it grew to be the community anchor which stands today.

In 1990, St Clair Medical expanded into Port Huron with the opening of Mitchell Medical Center and an on-site Industrial Medicine clinic. Ten years later, Greater Yale Medical Center joined the group, and now continues to provide professional care in a cozy and friendly environment.
